We are excited to launch a new collaboration with local knifemaker, Phillips Forged. The Santoku is the most popular knife in Japan, used for nearly every task in the kitchen. John Phillips at Phillips Forged took this functional technique and blended it with a timeless design with the rustic appeal of Appalachia. The damascus steel pattern on this blade is exclusive to Blackberry.
