Brebis and Ramp Spread
Ramps are one of our favorite ingredients at Blackberry Farm. We harvested and preserved ramps in the Spring to make our Brebis and Ramp Spread. The onion and garlic flavor from the ramps mixed with our creamy Brebis cheese creates a delicious savory flavor combination, and utilizing the ramp greens gives the spread a beautiful color. Dip your favorite raw vegetables or spread over bread and enjoy.
