Singing Brook is an aged sheep's milk cheese with a hard rind. Each wheel is aged for a minimum of 5-6 months. Tasting Notes: Best served at room temperature, our flagship cheese is rich, nutty and buttery with a sharpness reminiscent of a Manchego. (1/2 lb wedge) 2016 Good Food Award Winner
